What the First Six Months Look Like

Month 1: inventory of where AI is already used, the use cases worth pursuing, and the stakeholders who will make or break adoption.

Months 2 to 3: standards written down, a small set of use cases tested on real work, false positives tracked, and the first people using it day to day.

Months 4 to 6: the tooling embedded in the normal workflow, owners named, and the work carrying on without me in the room.
